This role within Children's Minnesota is for a Housekeeper responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various patient care and administrative areas, including patient and resident rooms, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, clinic areas, and other assigned spaces. The Housekeeper will perform daily cleaning duties aligned with the Environmental Services Department's standards and facility objectives to ensure a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment conducive to patient care and staff productivity. The position requires general housekeeping experience with specific knowledge of patient room and office cleaning, along with specialized floor care skills such as carpet and furniture cleaning, accumulated through at least one year of relevant experience and three years of floor care practice.

The salary offered is competitive within the local and national market and takes into account market benchmarks, candidates' education, training, credentials, and relevant experience, as well as internal equity and organizational needs. Compensation is based on full-time employment of 40 hours per week, with part-time salaries prorated accordingly. Additional remuneration may include shift differentials or premium pay for night, weekend, or on-call work, as applicable.
