Job Description
Dweck Properties is a dynamic property management company known for its commitment to creating exceptional living experiences for residents across its diverse portfolio in Arlington, Virginia. Specializing in residential communities, Dweck Properties focuses on fostering a welcoming and vibrant environment where residents feel at home. The company prides itself on its attentive team and robust customer service, aiming to maintain the highest standards of community living and engagement throughout its properties.
The Floating Concierge role at Dweck Properties offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and community interaction to contribute meaningfully across multiple communities within the Arlington portfolio. Unlike a traditional concierge position attached to a single property, this role requires flexibility and adaptability, providing support wherever it is needed most while still maintaining a designated home-base property and working under a Concierge Manager. This structure allows Floating Concierges to gain a broad spectrum of experience by engaging with a variety of residents, communities, and team members.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, both in person and over the phone, making your role pivotal in setting the tone for the resident experience. Your responsibilities extend beyond front desk duties, as you will be entrusted with handling a wide range of requests from residents, managing and auditing package deliveries, assisting with maintenance coordination, and actively supporting resident events. You will also work closely with leasing, maintenance, and office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties in this role require a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Your presence helps maintain a seamless and connected community experience, especially useful during periods when team members are out of the office or additional support is necessary. The company values your flexibility and reliability, recognizing that these traits are vital to keeping each community running efficiently and residents satisfied.
Moreover, Dweck Properties invests in its employees through paid orientation and ongoing training programs designed to promote career and personal development. This not only helps new Floating Concierges integrate fully into the company culture but also equips them with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver an exceptional resident experience effectively.
Working as a Floating Concierge with Dweck Properties means joining a team that values every member's contributions and fosters a supportive and engaging workplace. Benefits include competitive pay including commissions, company matched 401k retirement plans, and opportunities for advancement. Team building events and referral bonuses further enhance the work environment, making this position not just a job but a rewarding career path within the property management industry. If you are eager to develop your skills in hospitality and customer service with a company that supports its workforce, this role represents a valuable opportunity to grow professionally while making a positive impact in diverse residential communities.
