Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to be on feet for entire shift
- Ability to lift/carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Experience in hospitality or food service preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Good vision and hearing
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet guests, help them find seats
- Take orders, serve food, convey instructions to the kitchen and bar
- Circulate the room with trays
- Refill beverages and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces
- Follow health and safety guidelines during service
