OT Growth Partners, one of the largest independently owned and operated Orangetheory Fitness franchises, is seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their dynamic team. Orangetheory Fitness is a science-based fitness company that offers full-body workouts designed to improve members' overall health and well-being through targeted heart rate zone training. As an Orangetheory Fitness team member with OT Growth Partners, you will be at the forefront of inspiring and motivating individuals from all walks of life to engage in their health and fitness journey. The position involves welcoming everyone who enters the studio with energy and enthusiasm, educating prospective members about the Orangetheory workout concept, and providing insightful studio tours. Team members will coordinate with trainers to ensure new clients have a positive first Orangetheory workout experience. Additionally, this role requires managing front desk operations, which include answering phone inquiries, addressing member concerns professionally, following up on prospects, and selling memberships to help the studio thrive. Participants will also engage in marketing outreach events to promote the brand in the local community. Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment and performing all other duties as assigned are also essential components of the job.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- passion for fitness and wellness
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- basic computer skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- commitment to upholding company values and culture
Job Qualifications
- Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle
- excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing
- ability to work well in a team environment
- enthusiasm and positive attitude
- experience in customer service or fitness-related roles is a plus
- familiarity with sales and membership processes is beneficial
- strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
- presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as intros
- working at the front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
- giving studio tours
- working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- selling memberships to help the studio thrive
- following up on prospective clients
- handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- participating in marketing and outreach events
- ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
- all other duties as assigned
