The available role is for a Front Desk Associate who will serve as the first point of contact for all studio visitors. This position is pivotal in sharing the Orangetheory story and success while providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about fitness and passionate about helping others live healthier lives. Responsibilities include engaging guests energetically upon arrival, presenting the Orangetheory concept, managing front desk operations such as answering calls and coordinating member interactions, and guiding new clients through their first workout experience. The role also involves selling memberships, following up on prospects, resolving member concerns professionally, participating in marketing efforts, and maintaining a clean, organized studio environment.
