The role being offered is a full-time, non-management position within the food and beverage and culinary sector. This position is tap-eligible and includes eligibility for service charge compensation, reflecting the direct impact employees have on enhancing guest satisfaction. As a Guest Service Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, you will be integral to creating an extraordinary dining and hospitality experience for guests. Your responsibilities extend beyond simply serving food and beverages; you will be actively engaged in setting tables, assisting in the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and replenishing supplies to ensure top-notch service.

This role requires constant movement and physical activity, including standing, walking on various surfaces that may be inclined or sometimes slippery, and executing tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and setting objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
