This open part-time role invites applications for a Fine Dining Server with Extensive Wine Knowledge. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in fine dining service and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of wine, including varietals, regions, vintages, and pairing principles. This position demands a professional who embodies sophistication, exceptional communication, and hospitality skills, able to interact seamlessly with guests and fellow team members. The server's responsibilities extend beyond traditional serving duties to encompass side work, bussing, expediting, and meticulous wine service.
