We are currently seeking a dedicated Fine Dining Server to join our professional team. This role focuses on delivering superior customer service to ensure every patron's dining experience is flawless and enjoyable. The Fine Dining Server will be responsible for presenting menus, explaining daily specials, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and entering these orders into the POS system. They will monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns, and engage with customers warmly to foster a friendly and hospitable environment. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed checks that list meal costs and appropriate taxes, managing payments, splitting checks when necessary, pre-bussing and bussing tables to expedite table turnovers, completing weekly cleaning tasks, and assisting the kitchen staff as needed.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure alongside bussers, cooks, and other restaurant staff. Previous customer service experience within a fast-paced environment is highly valued, as is knowledge of menu items and upselling techniques. This role requires physical stamina, excellent handling of transactions, and proficiency using POS systems. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages and have a minimum of high school education or its equivalent. Hospitality experience is an advantage, as it helps in understanding the dynamics of fine dining service standards.
