Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in a customer service or restaurant role
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- must be at least 18 years old
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and expertly guide them through our menus
- deliver friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel valued and encourages repeat visits
- accurately take food orders to ensure each guest enjoys their meal exactly as they desire
- serve food and beverages promptly ensuring they meet the high standards of Ruth's Chris
- prioritize the guest experience with a strong guest-first mentality
- communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- stay composed under pressure and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities
