We are currently seeking an experienced Fine Dining Service Manager to lead the front-of-house operations at Sullivan's Steakhouse. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that define the restaurant's brand. The Fine Dining Service Manager will oversee daily front-of-house activities, working closely with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and an elevated guest experience. This position requires a candidate with a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the service team effectively.
The manager will be responsible for upholding exceptional service standards with a particular focus on fine dining etiquette, presentation, and guest interactions. Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings is essential to support staff education and enhance guest engagement. Leading by example during peak service hours, the manager will create memorable dining experiences that encourage guest satisfaction and loyalty. The role also includes recruiting, training, scheduling, and mentoring front-of-house staff to promote professionalism, hospitality skills, and career growth.
In addition to staff leadership, the Fine Dining Service Manager will manage the enforcement of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in compliance with company policies and local laws. The position requires analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, assist with budgeting, control costs, and contribute to maximizing restaurant profitability. Representing the restaurant's brand positively within the community, the manager will also spearhead initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and revenue through local engagement, events, and digital marketing efforts.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining management or high-end hospitality service
- Strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of wine spirits and food pairings
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in POS systems scheduling and financial reporting software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining management or high-end hospitality service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive food wine and beverage knowledge including pairing recommendations and service technique

Job Duties
