Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- compliance with company uniform and personal appearance standards
- willingness to adhere to safety policies and participate in safety trainings
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- no supervisory experience required
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- establish and divide job stations
- operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare dishes
- prepare cold dishes
- control food quality while cooking
- taste dishes to determine if cooked thoroughly
- wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing
- weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
- prepare special meals or substitute products
- serve food in appropriate portions and containers
- clean and sanitize kitchen area, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to manager
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
- anticipate guest service needs and respond accordingly
- cultivate and maintain positive working relationships
- support team to achieve common goals
- communicate clearly and professionally
- ensure compliance with quality standards
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- stretch, bend, twist, and stoop as needed
- move, lift, push, drag, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
