Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • One year food production experience in a high volume restaurant establishment preferred
  • Food production experience in a 3 diamond or higher rated property preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepares meals and other food items according to assignment by the restaurant chefs
  • Works in an ala carte setting with the ability to monitor and control ticket flow and continuity of service
  • Uses recipes and a variety of kitchen equipment to sauté, bake, boil, blanch, braise, fry, sear, and steam food to prepare soups, salads, sauces, dressings, and other food items
  • Plates meals or other food items in accordance with plate presentation specifications
  • Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards
  • Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures
