Edward Jones is a renowned financial services firm and a Fortune 500 company known for placing people first. With over 9 million clients and 20,000 financial advisors across the U.S. and Canada, Edward Jones stands out as a privately-owned company focused on client success rather than shareholder returns. Established for over 100 years, the firm's commitment is deeply rooted in its purpose: to partner for positive impact by improving the lives of clients and colleagues while bettering communities and society. The culture at Edward Jones is innovative, flexible, and inclusive, attracting and developing talent that embodies performance excellence and a genuine sense of belonging.

This role offers a unique opportunity to start or build a meaningful career as a financial advisor within an organization that values diversity and inclusion. Edward Jones financial advisors serve as trusted partners to clients by understanding their long-term financial goals, including retirement planning, wealth building, estate strategies, and education funding. Advisors benefit from extensive training, firm-provided resources, and a supportive network, enabling them to create personalized strategies that make a tangible difference in clients' lives.

The financial advisor position at Edward Jones is more than a job; it's a career path supported by the industry's top training program and a comprehensive compensation package that includes a base salary during the first five years, commissions, profit sharing, and incentive travel opportunities. Advisors are equipped with a firm-provided branch office and branch office assistance that allows them to prioritize client service. With a presence larger than any other investment firm in the U.S. and Canada, Edward Jones provides a platform to grow and succeed independently backed by a vast support network extending from branch to home office.

Successful financial advisors at Edward Jones display ambition, self-motivation, and a commitment to long-term client relationships. The firm fosters a culture where each advisor's unique experiences and backgrounds contribute to collective success. This environment encourages continuous professional development and work-life balance, allowing advisors to thrive personally and professionally. Edward Jones also emphasizes compliance and ethical client service, aligning with regulatory requirements and firm policies.

If you have an interest in financial markets, enjoy relationship building, and want a career that offers unlimited earning potential, meaningful community impact, and ongoing support, Edward Jones is an ideal place to grow. The firm provides paid training to get licensed, a salary for the initial years of practice building, and ongoing resources for professional growth. This position aligns with Edward Jones's values of inclusion, respect, and partnership and offers candidates a chance to contribute to a firm committed to improving clients' financial futures while making a positive societal impact.
