Your responsibilities will encompass a broad financial spectrum, including maintaining internal controls, delivering timely and accurate financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, contract invoicing, accounts receivable management, payroll processing, and operational finance analytics. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage cash flow, and oversee payroll administration while protecting company assets through effective control measures.

Furthermore, the Finance Manager supports strategic decision-making by analyzing financial trends and operational metrics to identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost control. This role is vital in supporting business development initiatives, new installation openings, and capital investment projects through detailed financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. You will have at least five years of progressive financial experience, including deep knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, payroll, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in multi-site or geographically dispersed environments. Experience working with federal contracts, especially within Defense Department food service contracts and compliance requirements, is highly valued.

This role demands exceptional communication skills to present complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and client service is essential.

Aramark is committed to your professional development, offering a career fostering talent growth, passion, and empowerment.
