Now, the hotel is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join its dynamic team. This leadership role reports directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and is integral to maintaining the high service standards the hotel is known for. The successful candidate will lead and manage the entire team at FIG Restaurant, ensuring excellence in all aspects of the department's operations. This includes overseeing daily dining services, motivating staff, and creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. The Food & Beverage Manager will also act as the main presence on the dining room floor, engaging with guests to handle concerns promptly and professionally, thereby enhancing the overall dining experience.
