Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a leadership role within the food service or quick-service restaurant industry
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • ability to travel frequently to various store locations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • capability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • flexibility to support new store openings and special projects

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry preferably with multi-unit experience
  • proven ability to train mentor and motivate staff effectively
  • strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management cost control and customer service
  • excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • flexibility to travel frequently to various Jersey Mike's locations
  • high school diploma or equivalent additional education or certifications in hospitality management are a plus

Job Duties

  • Collaborate closely with store managers to identify training needs and operational areas for improvement
  • conduct on-site training sessions for new and existing staff members on all aspects of Jersey Mike's operations including food preparation customer service standards cleanliness and brand protocols
  • implement and reinforce best practices to ensure consistent quality and efficiency across all assigned locations
  • assist managers in developing and implementing strategies to elevate overall store operations enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals
  • provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • monitor operational compliance with company policies health and safety regulations and brand standards
  • act as a liaison between store management and regional leadership reporting on progress and challenges
  • support new store openings or special projects as needed
