- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a leadership role within the food service or quick-service restaurant industry
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- ability to travel frequently to various store locations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to work independently and manage time effectively
- flexibility to support new store openings and special projects
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry preferably with multi-unit experience
- proven ability to train mentor and motivate staff effectively
- strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management cost control and customer service
- excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- flexibility to travel frequently to various Jersey Mike's locations
- high school diploma or equivalent additional education or certifications in hospitality management are a plus
Job Duties
- Collaborate closely with store managers to identify training needs and operational areas for improvement
- conduct on-site training sessions for new and existing staff members on all aspects of Jersey Mike's operations including food preparation customer service standards cleanliness and brand protocols
- implement and reinforce best practices to ensure consistent quality and efficiency across all assigned locations
- assist managers in developing and implementing strategies to elevate overall store operations enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals
- provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- monitor operational compliance with company policies health and safety regulations and brand standards
- act as a liaison between store management and regional leadership reporting on progress and challenges
- support new store openings or special projects as needed
