Sherwin-Williams is a renowned global leader in the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of paints, coatings, and related products. With a rich history dating back over 150 years, Sherwin-Williams has established itself as a trusted brand dedicated to inspiring and improving the world by coloring and protecting what matters most. The company’s innovative solutions have made countless spaces brighter and stronger, serving both residential and commercial customers worldwide. Sherwin-Williams values employee growth and development, providing a stable work environment coupled with opportunities to expand skills and advance careers. The company’s commitment to inclusivity, community engagement, and comprehensive benefits makes it a sought-after employer for those passionate about making a positive impact through their work.

The part-time Field Store Associate position at Sherwin-Williams focuses on driving and increasing sales specifically at Lowe’s stores, with the particular location for this opportunity being Lowe’s Store #1618 at 729 Bridge St, North Weymouth, MA. This role is essential in promoting Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brand standards and product strengths through direct customer engagement and support to store associates, especially within the Paint and Pro departments. The associate will be a key contributor to enhancing the customer experience by engaging shoppers, generating leads, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Maintaining high visual and merchandising standards for product presentation is a critical aspect of this role, ensuring the store environment encourages purchases and fosters customer satisfaction.

This position involves part-time hours including weekdays, afternoons, and weekends, with schedules subject to change based on business needs. The Field Store Associate will have direct contact with customers, handling various store assets and sometimes minors, and must adhere to company policies including undergoing a criminal background check to ensure the safety and security of all stakeholders involved.

The role also involves educational responsibilities such as training Lowe’s associates on product knowledge and application methods, helping them effectively assist customers and promote sales. The associate will complete required online training modules and maintain compliance with human resources policies. Sales goals and customer service excellence are priorities, and the associate will support in-store events and paint programs to fully leverage product potential and customer relationships.

Sherwin-Williams provides competitive compensation, a broad array of benefits, and a supportive work culture aimed at helping employees and their families live healthier, save smarter, and feel better. This includes retirement plans, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and more. Candidates are selected in alignment with Equal Employment Opportunity principles and the company’s commitment to a diverse, respectful working environment.
