To support this impressive growth, the company is seeking dedicated and dynamic Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations. This leadership role is integral to connecting with restaurant managers and ensuring each location operates efficiently and upholds Chipotle's high standards of food quality, safety, guest service, and team development. As a Field Leader, you will play a critical role in championing Chipotle's culture, focusing on fostering a food safety-first mindset, enhancing the guest experience, and supporting the growth and development of restaurant teams.

This is a compelling opportunity for experienced multi-unit restaurant professionals who are passionate about operational excellence, leadership, and making a meaningful impact. The Field Leader position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $122,500 per year, with eligibility for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based on performance.
