Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Foster a food safety first culture and ensure compliance with regulations
- Lead and develop teams through training, mentoring, and validation of operational standards
- Manage business aspects including profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing
- Ensure a guest-focused experience in every restaurant
- Support and assist teams as a collaborative player in daily operations
