We are currently seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Event and Customer Experience Owner to lead and execute our global events strategy. This role is essential in shaping and communicating Gecko's narrative to a diverse audience including customers, investors, and the public. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of Gecko's participation in conferences, trade shows, company-hosted events, and VIP visits to our headquarters in Pittsburgh. This position demands a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes rather than mere activity. The candidate will be responsible for defining how Gecko projects its brand at each event, coordinating logistics and vendor relationships, negotiating opportunities for visibility, representing the company confidently on-site, and curating impactful VIP experiences.

The role offers the unique opportunity to influence Gecko's presence in the industry and contribute to our growth objectives by ensuring our events resonate with key market segments and stakeholders. As the steward of our events calendar, the candidate will align initiatives with business goals, maximize return on investment through detailed tracking of pipeline impact and engagement, and refine processes to enhance efficiency and quality over time. This position requires a high level of agency, creativity, and a data-driven mindset, as well as the flexibility to travel frequently and manage events often outside of regular business hours.
