Job Description

Arby's is a well-established fast-food restaurant brand known for its signature Roast Beef sandwiches and Curly Fries. Founded in 1964, Arby's has grown to become the second-largest sandwich restaurant brand globally, boasting more than 3,500 locations across nine countries. As part of Inspire Brands, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Arby's delivers a unique fast-crafted dining experience that blends quick service with premium-quality food made with care. The brand prides itself on its commitment to Meatcraft®, which is the art of preparing high-quality protein-centric menu items, complemented by innovative and crave-able sides, such as their famous Curly Fries and delicious Jamocha shakes. Arby's mission is embodied in its brand purpose: "Inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences." This goal is realized by providing customers with exceptional food and service in a friendly and welcoming environment.

As a General Manager at Arby's, you will play a crucial role in leading your restaurant's Meatcraft® efforts. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting your Restaurant Management Team and team members to achieve operational excellence through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Your leadership will directly impact the restaurant's ability to meet sales and profit goals while ensuring the delivery of top-quality menu items. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a company committed to employee growth and success, with a focus on cultivating an inclusive culture where dreams are encouraged, hard work is rewarded, and team spirit thrives.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily restaurant operations, driving local store marketing initiatives, and maintaining compliance with company standards and health regulations. Arby's invests in its leaders by offering best-in-class training, continuous learning opportunities, and advancement pathways to help you grow your career in the restaurant industry. The General Manager role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience and a passion for exceptional customer service. Arby's welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and is committed to fostering an environment where everyone can contribute, feel valued, and make a meaningful difference.

In addition to a competitive weekly pay structure, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, tuition benefits, and medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees enjoy perks such as free shift meals, discounts on menu items, slip-resistant shoe programs, and wellness support tools. The company encourages community involvement and offers programs aimed at employee recognition, training contests, and grants to support personal and professional development.

Joining Arby's means becoming part of a vibrant, supportive team where work is balanced with fun, fairness, and a shared commitment to excellence. If you are ready to lead a dynamic team, grow professionally, and make a real impact within a globally recognized brand, this is the right place for you. Arby's is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion, making every effort to provide a workplace where everyone can thrive and contribute to the company's success.
