Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of work experience in a customer services field
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work all shifts between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday including 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- This is a full time position (40 hours per week)
Job Qualifications

- Capability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater
- Proficient in handling packages with wheeled carts up to 75 lbs
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for extended periods
- Availability to work all shifts between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Job Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls and route to appropriate person
- Greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens
- Inspect and restock supplies to ensure readiness for continual use
- Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Meter, sort, and distribute mail and accountable packages
- Accurately produce copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
- Maintain copy rooms and stock general supplies
- Deliver paper and perform basic daily maintenance
- Assist with hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services
- Communicate with client contacts regarding building and equipment concerns
- Flexibly cover different shifts and work locations as needed
