Job Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Cherry-pick, educate, evaluate, supervise, motivate, instruct, and discipline all employees to maintain compliance with cultural norms and essential service standards

  • assess the quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, along with expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly arranged setting
