Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • must maintain a clean and polished appearance
  • ability to lift 25 pounds
  • must stand for prolonged periods
  • willingness to undergo on-the-job training
  • flexible schedule
  • no formal education required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous fast food or similar restaurant experience preferred
  • strong leadership and team effectiveness
  • excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • in-depth knowledge of state and federal fast food and restaurant regulations
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • ability to lead and be part of a team
  • problem-solving and customer service skills
  • honesty, respect, trustworthiness and loyalty
  • ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods

Job Duties

  • Manage team member performance
  • delegate tasks to team members and set targets and goals
  • coordinate and oversee day-to-day workflow of team members and restaurant needs
  • delegate to encourage teamwork
  • direct, train and motivate team members
  • ensure compliance with regulations and industry guidelines
  • maintain a safe working environment
  • provide production direction
  • work with management to achieve store goals
  • uphold company policies and procedures
  • assist with performance reviews, counseling, recruitment, hiring and training
  • order and stock supplies
  • receive and check deliveries
  • ensure guest expectations for food, service and cleanliness
  • act on guest feedback and resolve issues
  • complete cash reporting, inventory control and scheduling checklists
  • identify and report safety, sanitation and security violations
  • put short-term solutions in place
  • maintain prompt and regular attendance
  • adhere to uniform and dress code policies
  • perform other duties as assigned
