We are currently looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Dossani Paradise Burger King. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and success of our restaurant by managing daily workflows, supporting team members, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team during your shift, ensuring that operational procedures and company policies are followed diligently. This position offers both full-time and part-time openings and requires the flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Shift Manager will play an essential role in delegating tasks, setting goals, and managing performance to keep the team on track. Your leadership will foster teamwork, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and ensure that the restaurant consistently meets guest expectations for food, service, and cleanliness. You will also be involved in recruitment, training, performance reviews, and handling supplies and inventory management. Hands-on involvement and cooperation with restaurant management to attain store goals will be part of your everyday responsibilities. This position demands someone who is proactive, responsible, and capable of acting swiftly to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow processes.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous fast food or similar restaurant experience preferred
  • strong leadership and team effectiveness
  • excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • in-depth knowledge of state and federal fast food and restaurant regulations
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage team member performance
