Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous fast food or similar restaurant experience preferred
- strong leadership and team effectiveness
- excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- in-depth knowledge of state and federal fast food and restaurant regulations
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- ability to lead and be part of a team
- problem-solving and customer service skills
- honesty, respect, trustworthiness and loyalty
- ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
Job Duties
- Manage team member performance
- delegate tasks to team members and set targets and goals
- coordinate and oversee day-to-day workflow of team members and restaurant needs
- delegate to encourage teamwork
- direct, train and motivate team members
- ensure compliance with regulations and industry guidelines
- maintain a safe working environment
- provide production direction
- work with management to achieve store goals
- uphold company policies and procedures
- assist with performance reviews, counseling, recruitment, hiring and training
- order and stock supplies
- receive and check deliveries
- ensure guest expectations for food, service and cleanliness
- act on guest feedback and resolve issues
- complete cash reporting, inventory control and scheduling checklists
- identify and report safety, sanitation and security violations
- put short-term solutions in place
- maintain prompt and regular attendance
- adhere to uniform and dress code policies
- perform other duties as assigned
