Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous fast food restaurant or similar restaurant experience preferred
  • Able to lift 25 pounds and traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
  • Prolonged periods of standing required
  • Must be able to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Honest, respectful, trustworthy and loyal

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage team member performance
  • Delegate tasks to team members and set targets and goals
  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow and operational needs of the restaurant
  • Direct, train and motivate team members
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Provide production direction
  • Work with management to achieve store goals
  • Uphold company policies and procedures
  • Assist with performance reviews, counseling, recruitment, hiring and training
  • Order and stock supplies
  • Receive and check deliveries
  • Ensure guest expectations for food, service and cleanliness are met
  • Act on guest feedback and resolve issues
  • Complete checklists and procedures for cash reporting, inventory control and scheduling
  • Identify and report violations of safety, sanitation, security and company policies
  • Maintain a clean and polished appearance
