Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous fast food restaurant or similar restaurant experience preferred
- Able to lift 25 pounds and traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- Prolonged periods of standing required
- Must be able to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Honest, respectful, trustworthy and loyal
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous fast food restaurant or similar restaurant experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and team effectiveness mentality
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal fast food and restaurant regulations including food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and resolve issues with tact
- Honest, respectful, trustworthy and loyal
Job Duties
- Manage team member performance
- Delegate tasks to team members and set targets and goals
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow and operational needs of the restaurant
- Direct, train and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Provide production direction
- Work with management to achieve store goals
- Uphold company policies and procedures
- Assist with performance reviews, counseling, recruitment, hiring and training
- Order and stock supplies
- Receive and check deliveries
- Ensure guest expectations for food, service and cleanliness are met
- Act on guest feedback and resolve issues
- Complete checklists and procedures for cash reporting, inventory control and scheduling
- Identify and report violations of safety, sanitation, security and company policies
- Maintain a clean and polished appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
