Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Appropriate documentation as required by state and federal laws
- Minimum two years Shift Supervisor experience or one year Assistant Manager experience
- Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable private transportation
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Ability to complete required training sessions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience as a Shift Supervisor or one year as an Assistant Manager in restaurant industry
- Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual settings preferred
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams
- Knowledge of cost of goods sold
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-focused with commitment to achieving results
Job Duties
- Educate, nurture, and coach the workforce to establish a team that excels in performance
- Foster a cozy and inclusive setting that promotes collaboration and enjoyment for team members and diners
- Oversee and support the implementation of food safety measures to meet regulatory requirements
- Drive sales growth and maximize profitability by strategically managing store operations
