Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Appropriate documentation as required by state and federal laws
  • Minimum two years Shift Supervisor experience or one year Assistant Manager experience
  • Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable private transportation
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Ability to complete required training sessions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience as a Shift Supervisor or one year as an Assistant Manager in restaurant industry
  • Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual settings preferred
  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams
  • Knowledge of cost of goods sold
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Customer-focused with commitment to achieving results

Job Duties

  • Educate, nurture, and coach the workforce to establish a team that excels in performance
  • Foster a cozy and inclusive setting that promotes collaboration and enjoyment for team members and diners
  • Oversee and support the implementation of food safety measures to meet regulatory requirements
  • Drive sales growth and maximize profitability by strategically managing store operations
  • Ensure that the restaurant consistently meets the QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards to guarantee a high level of excellence in all areas
  • Safeguard Wendy's brand and valuable assets from potential threats
  • Display a strong commitment to achieving goals and exceeding expectations for guests
