Job Qualifications
- prior involvement in cashiering or customer service within the food or retail sectors
- hands-on experience with POS systems and cash registers in various work settings
- basic computer knowledge
Job Duties

- ensure the accurate operation of cash registers and process payments with precision
- provide guidance to customers in using digital ordering features and Mobile App Rewards to establish loyal followers of our brand
- skillfully prepare our exclusive drinks and chilled sweets to perfection
- complete cleaning tasks according to designated areas to preserve a pleasant and orderly setting
- enhance the effectiveness of handling transactions and distributions at the designated windows
- manage and pack dine-in and drive-thru orders in an accurate manner
