We are currently seeking experienced Cashiers to join our team in either full-time or part-time capacities. A Fast Food Cashier at Dossani Paradise Burger King is not only responsible for processing transactions efficiently but also for contributing to a clean, safe, and enjoyable store atmosphere. Cashiers must be adaptable to various shifts, underscoring the importance of a flexible and dependable workforce.

The role entails a variety of responsibilities including greeting guests, processing cash, credit, and digital payments via our point of sale systems, and assisting guests with any inquiries or concerns they may have. Cashiers are expected to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times and use suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales and improve guest satisfaction. Alongside sales duties, cashiers ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal food preparation, storage, health, and safety standards, maintaining integrity and honesty in alignment with the company's values.

Additional responsibilities involve preparing and serving food and drinks to exact specifications, verifying order accuracy, and sustaining cleanliness in guest areas and workstations. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cash handling or cashier experience preferred
Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math proficiency
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Availability for part-time or full-time positions

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, point of sale systems, drink machines, fryers and broilers
Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change and give refunds
Able to learn company’s products, services, and policies quickly
Honest, respectful, trustworthy and loyal
Able to lift 25 pounds and traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
Prolonged periods of standing required

Job Duties

Greet guests with a smile as they enter the location
Collect and process cash, credit and digital payments using the store point of sale system
Assist guests with questions or price discrepancies
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, connecting with each and every customer
Use suggestive selling techniques to boost store sales and increase guest satisfaction
Ensure accurate transactions and accurate sales at the end of the shift
Follow all state and federal regulations for food preparation, storage, health and safety standards
Act with integrity and honesty, promoting the culture and values of our company
Prepare and serve drinks and food, according to specifications
Verify the accuracy of guest orders
Refill condiments and supplies
Clear, clean and sanitize guest areas and work stations, as needed
Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Promote teamwork and ethics
Maintain a clean and polished appearance and appropriate uniform attire
Perform other duties as assigned
