Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cash handling or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability for part-time or full-time positions
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, point of sale systems, drink machines, fryers and broilers
- Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change and give refunds
- Able to learn company’s products, services, and policies quickly
- Honest, respectful, trustworthy and loyal
- Able to lift 25 pounds and traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- Prolonged periods of standing required
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile as they enter the location
- Collect and process cash, credit and digital payments using the store point of sale system
- Assist guests with questions or price discrepancies
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, connecting with each and every customer
- Use suggestive selling techniques to boost store sales and increase guest satisfaction
- Ensure accurate transactions and accurate sales at the end of the shift
- Follow all state and federal regulations for food preparation, storage, health and safety standards
- Act with integrity and honesty, promoting the culture and values of our company
- Prepare and serve drinks and food, according to specifications
- Verify the accuracy of guest orders
- Refill condiments and supplies
- Clear, clean and sanitize guest areas and work stations, as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Promote teamwork and ethics
- Maintain a clean and polished appearance and appropriate uniform attire
- Perform other duties as assigned
