Job Duties
- Establish positive communication with customers through a warm and welcoming demeanor and smile
- Ensure the accurate operation of cash registers and process payments with precision
- Provide guidance to customers in using digital ordering features and Mobile App Rewards
- Skillfully prepare exclusive drinks and chilled sweets to perfection
- Complete cleaning tasks according to designated areas to preserve a pleasant and orderly setting
- Enhance the effectiveness of handling transactions and distributions at designated windows
- Manage and pack dine-in and drive-thru orders accurately
- Accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and checks
- Monitor transactions to confirm pricing and quantity accuracy
- Uphold cleanliness of the lobby and replenish straws, napkins, and condiments
- Ensure tables and drink stations are tidy using a broom, mop, and cleaning cloths
- Process returns and refunds and manage customer complaints professionally
- Ensure continuous provision of napkins, condiments, and utensils during the shift
- Adhere strictly to all safety and health guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing processes as requested
