Job Qualifications

Hands-on experience with POS systems and cash registers
Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

Establish positive communication with customers through a warm and welcoming demeanor and smile
Ensure the accurate operation of cash registers and process payments with precision
Provide guidance to customers in using digital ordering features and Mobile App Rewards
Skillfully prepare exclusive drinks and chilled sweets to perfection
Complete cleaning tasks according to designated areas to preserve a pleasant and orderly setting
Enhance the effectiveness of handling transactions and distributions at designated windows
Manage and pack dine-in and drive-thru orders accurately
Accept various forms of payment, ensuring correct change and receipts
Monitor transactions to confirm pricing and quantity accuracy
Uphold cleanliness of the lobby, replenish straws, napkins, and condiments
Ensure tables and drink stations are tidy
Process returns and refunds and manage customer complaints professionally
Continuously provide napkins, condiments, and utensils during working periods
Adhere strictly to safety and health guidelines
Assist with opening and closing procedures as requested
