Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Establish positive communication with customers through a warm and welcoming demeanor and smile
Ensure the accurate operation of cash registers and process payments with precision
Provide guidance to customers in using digital ordering features and Mobile App Rewards
Skillfully prepare exclusive drinks and chilled sweets to perfection
Complete cleaning tasks according to designated areas to preserve a pleasant and orderly setting
Enhance the effectiveness of handling transactions and distributions at designated windows
Manage and pack dine-in and drive-thru orders accurately
Accept various forms of payment such as cash, credit cards, and checks while ensuring correct change and receipts
Monitor transactions to confirm the accuracy of pricing and quantities
Uphold cleanliness of the lobby, replenish straws, napkins, and condiments to ensure availability
Ensure tables and drink stations are tidy using cleaning tools
Process returns and refunds as required and manage customer complaints professionally
Ensure continuous provision of napkins, condiments, and utensils during working period
Ensure strict adherence to all safety and health guidelines continuously
Aid with the beginning or ending processes as requested
