We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team—a critical role that supports operational excellence and drives unforgettable guest experiences. This position entails supervising multiple service outlets including a restaurant, bar, coffee station, in-room dining, and banquet services. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional service, thrives on collaboration, ignites motivation within the team, and embraces creative freedom. Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house personnel daily
  • assign tasks and maintain Marriott brand standard checklists
  • provide guest-focused service when necessary
  • maintain open communication with associates to resolve concerns
  • plan and execute front-of-house functions to meet daily operational needs
  • supervise three-meal restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and coffee bar operations
  • manage craft cocktail and Le Meridien sparkling programs
  • uphold coffee culture standards at the coffee bar
  • assist in banquet operations and ensure service standards per Event Order
  • close banquet checks
  • control food, beverage, and labor costs
  • ensure compliance with corporate and brand standards
  • champion guest service focus
  • adhere to all food safety and alcoholic beverage serving regulations
  • comply with attendance guidelines
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
