Established in providing service excellence, the organization operates distinguished destinations including luxury hotels, private residences, championship golf amenities, and lifestyle offerings. Each property under the Four Seasons name is united by a culture of professionalism, diversity, inclusion, and a deep dedication to community engagement and employee involvement. The role of the Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor at Four Seasons is integral to maintaining the brand’s esteemed reputation. This position is designed for a dynamic leader who is passionate about delivering superior guest experiences in a full-service dining environment while supporting and elevating the food and beverage team. As an F&B Supervisor, the individual will play a pivotal role in driving service excellence, overseeing daily floor operations, and ensuring that the high standards of luxury hospitality are consistently met. This includes monitoring service quality during peak periods, conducting pre-shift meetings, providing coaching and performance evaluations, and managing logistical responsibilities such as inventory control, equipment upkeep, payroll processing, and staff scheduling.

The role requires close collaboration with the F&B Manager and culinary teams to optimize restaurant performance and service standards. Additionally, the F&B Supervisor will contribute to the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce. Utilization of industry-specific systems like Open Table and MICROS is essential for reservation management, sales tracking, and performance assessment. The role also welcomes innovation and encourages the integration of new solutions to enhance the guest experience and promote team engagement.

Four Seasons offers this full-time supervisory position with an annual salary of $75,000. Alongside competitive compensation, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and life insurance; a 401(k) plan with company match; and seasonal living benefits such as winter perks, merchant passes, and eco pass alternatives. Employees also enjoy complimentary dining, uniform laundry services, enhanced training opportunities, discounted travel across Four Seasons properties, and cross-property learning initiatives that support career growth and diverse operational exposure.

Working in a globally respected luxury hospitality environment like Four Seasons means becoming part of a team that values integrity, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction and employee development. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to advance their careers in luxury dining service operations and who thrive in an environment that rewards leadership, innovation, and a passion for excellence.
