Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- strong leadership, team building, and communication skills
- excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- availability for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns with professionalism
- familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools
- certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS) preferred
- comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors
- ability to assist with various accounting and office tasks as needed.
