Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Minnesota Class III Gaming License

Job Duties
- Enforces performance standards, policies and procedures in the Food & Beverage Department to ensure compliance with Company expectations
- Responsible for scheduling, training and performance management of Food & Beverage employees to ensure staff's compliance with all customer service and operational needs
- Ensure all day-to-day operations run in the most efficient way possible
- Reviews and approves all recommendations to hire, transfer, suspend, promote, discharge, evaluate, assign and discipline all Food & Beverage employees in a fair and equitable manner
- Maximizes cost effectiveness within the Department, by creating and ensuring compliance with established budget, labor and revenue benchmarks
- Responsible for the intake, review and action of customer complaints in Food and Beverage
- Monitors and evaluates job performance of Food and Beverage employees and managers, to provide feedback and coaching in order to enhance skills
- Escalates operational deficiencies to Director of Food & Beverage
- provides suggestions from leadership team on recommendations for improvement
