Job Requirements
- Associate degree in related field
- Two years of Food and Beverage experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations including rate, ratio and percent
- Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the public
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- Support and manage operational goals ensuring performance and profit objectives are met
- Create effective schedules maintaining labor costs and staffing objectives while achieving guest satisfaction
- Assist in budget process, ensuring departmental compliance and reporting concerns
- Promote superior customer service and resolve service issues promptly
- Enforce gaming laws and company policies relevant to Food & Beverage
- Assist in food service procedures development and menu inspections
- Ensure sanitary and pleasant guest service
- Monitor cost control, pars, and inventory
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues
- Maintain confidentiality in departmental matters
- Provide staff development and training
- Manage rewards and recognition programs
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback
- Recommend staffing and scheduling plans
- Expedite workflow and manage work procedures
- Recommend employee performance actions including coaching and counseling
