They must be capable of working flexible schedules including weekends and holidays and thrive in a fast-paced mountain resort environment. The ability to uphold rigorous standards in food safety, workplace compliance, and guest service excellence is mandatory. Furthermore, aptitude in utilizing restaurant POS systems, scheduling software, inventory controls, and financial reporting tools is essential for effective operations management.

Joining Snowbird as the General Manager of SeventyOne Restaurant offers an opportunity to be part of a unique, high-energy, and highly rewarding hospitality environment.
