Located in one of Miami Beach's most sought-after neighborhoods, The Standard Spa provides an immersive guest experience through its diverse food and beverage outlets including Lido Bayside, Monterrey Bar, and upscale banquet services. The establishment prides itself on creating an atmosphere where wellness, recreation, and culinary excellence converge to deliver unforgettable moments for its guests. With its commitment to quality and innovation, The Standard Spa continues to be a leader in the hospitality industry, offering not just a place to stay but a lifestyle to embrace.

The Food & Beverage General Manager role at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach, is a key leadership position responsible for the overall operation, financial success, and guest satisfaction across all assigned food and beverage venues. This role demands a strategic thinker and effective leader who can guide multiple outlets — from high-end bars to elegant banquet settings — ensuring impeccable service standards that align with The Standard’s brand identity. The General Manager will be tasked with fostering a positive work environment, developing front-of-house teams, and driving operational excellence through strong communication and hands-on management. This position not only offers the chance to lead a dynamic and prestigious food and beverage operation but also comes with a comprehensive benefits package supporting a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

In this role, the General Manager will direct day-to-day operations, enforce policies, oversee budgeting and financial performance, and coordinate with various departments to enhance guest experiences and achieve revenue goals. Their leadership will extend from recruitment to ongoing training, performance management, and the cultivation of a culture rooted in accountability and teamwork. This opportunity suits a professional with substantial experience in luxury or high-volume hospitality environments, who has a deep understanding of both the operational and financial aspects of food and beverage management. Additionally, the role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities to meet the demands of a vibrant hospitality setting while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Candidates joining The Standard Spa will enjoy not only the excitement and challenges of managing a premier food and beverage operation but also an enriching work environment that values employee wellness and offers attractive perks such as spa and gym access, fitness classes, generous discounts, and comprehensive medical benefits. It is an ideal position for hospitality leaders looking to expand their career within a brand that celebrates culture, community, and exceptional guest service.
