Known for its blend of contemporary design and sophisticated ambiance, the hotel attracts a discerning clientele seeking unparalleled hospitality experiences. Situated in one of Miami's most dynamic neighborhoods, the property offers guests an immersive environment where art, culture, and culinary excellence meet. With a commitment to exceptional service and innovation, this hotel aims to set new standards in luxury accommodation and guest satisfaction. The Food & Beverage Director role is a pivotal position within this upscale hotel, offering a unique opportunity to lead and shape the food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. The position is full-time, based in Miami, FL, and offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, along with profit sharing and comprehensive benefits.
As the Food & Beverage Director, you will be at the forefront of operational strategy, guest experience, and service excellence for all food and beverage outlets on the property. This includes overseeing bars, events, in-room dining, and collaborating closely with the Executive Chef to ensure a cohesive culinary and service presentation. You will be responsible for developing standard operating procedures, training programs, and service standards tailored to elevate the front-of-house teams’ performance and guest satisfaction. This leadership role demands a hands-on approach to managing a large team of over 50 front-of-house employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, high performance, and continuous improvement. Your expertise in beverage program innovation and vendor relationship management will be essential in driving profitability and maintaining the property’s reputation for outstanding offerings. Financial acumen is critical, as you will manage budgets, conduct forecasting, and oversee the overall financial health of food and beverage operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment and who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through strategic leadership and operational excellence.
