- Prepare hot food items according to menu and recipe standards
- Assure preparation and service is of the highest quality in a timely manner
- Identify and report station issues to the chef
- Work rapidly and accurately
- Utilize proper food handling techniques following health and safety standards
- Properly stock assigned station and know the mise en place
- Clean and organize work area
- Assist chef in menu preparation, service, and function breakdown
- Maintain superior appearance standards
- Use experience in sauté, fry, griddle, and broiler stations
- Pay attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with team
