  • Assure preparation and service is of the highest quality in a timely manner
  • Identify and report station issues to the chef
  • Work rapidly and accurately
  • Utilize proper food handling techniques following health and safety standards
  • Properly stock assigned station and know the mise en place
  • Clean and organize work area
  • Assist chef in menu preparation, service, and function breakdown
  • Maintain superior appearance standards
  • Use experience in sauté, fry, griddle, and broiler stations
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with team
