POWDR and Mt. Bachelor are dedicated to enhancing visitors' lives, creating memorable experiences, and promoting a positive team-oriented environment. The resort is renowned for its blend of adventure, community, and hospitality, making it a favorite destination for outdoor enthusiasts from across the region and beyond.
One of the standout features of Mt. Bachelor is the Trailhead Lodge, which serves as Central Oregon's year-round basecamp for adventure seekers and locals alike. This lodge offers comfortable and thoughtfully designed lodging options that cater to the dynamic lifestyle of mountain lovers — from those enthusiastic about winter powder skiing to summer mountain biking and every season's unique appeal in between. The lodge's communal spaces encourage social connections and provide a welcoming environment where guests can relax and prepare for their next adventure, perfectly embodying the spirit of Mt. Bachelor.
The Food & Beverage Attendant role at Trailhead Lodge is a vital, hands-on position that plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. As a Café All-Rounder, the individual in this role is responsible for preparing and serving a broad range of food and beverage offerings, including grab-and-go items, light meals, coffee, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. This role demands excellent multitasking skills and a passion for hospitality since it requires working both behind the counter and directly engaging with guests in a fast-paced, casual café atmosphere.
This position emphasizes creating a welcoming, social, and fun environment, contributing to the lodge’s vibrant community vibe. Employees in this role are expected to maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality while providing exceptional service that reflects the resort’s guest-centric values. This role also offers growth potential toward supervisory responsibilities within the Guest Experience team, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their careers in food and beverage operations in a resort setting.
The position is available as both part-time and full-time, with a competitive pay range of $16.50 to $18.50 per hour plus tips, depending on experience. The work schedule includes weekends, holidays, and varied shifts throughout the year, reflecting the needs of a busy year-round operation. Employees benefit from a range of perks that enhance their lifestyle, such as free employee season passes, discounted passes for family and friends, free transportation options, employee housing programs, and local and national discounts on outdoor gear and more. Additionally, the supportive culture encourages safety, respect, and teamwork while offering exciting opportunities to engage with guests and the broader community of outdoor adventurers.
This Food & Beverage Attendant role is perfect for candidates who are outgoing, enjoy interacting with people, and want to work in an environment that values fun, inclusivity, and guest service excellence. The company values team players who bring a positive attitude and are ready to contribute to the success and welcoming atmosphere of Trailhead Lodge. Join Mt. Bachelor and POWDR to work where you play, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes and a community passionate about mountain culture.
