We are currently seeking Facility Operations Associates to join our team in Williamsburg Eats. This role is crucial to ensuring the seamless flow of food orders from kitchens to delivery drivers while maintaining facility standards and providing exceptional customer service. As a Facility Operations Associate, you will be the reliable face of CloudKitchens, responsible for organizing and transporting food orders with precision, handling administrative duties, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety within the facility. Your role will bridge communication between CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, and drivers, fostering a collaborative environment that supports our mission of efficient and timely food delivery.

This position offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time employment opportunities available. The pay range is competitive, from $16.50 to $19.50 per hour, reflecting the individual’s experience and qualifications. Shifts operate seven days a week, including weekdays and weekends, during both day and night hours. Whether you seek a part-time role with 15 hours per week or a full-time experience with 40 hours per week, we aim to accommodate your availability and match you with the right shifts and facilities.
