The Facility Operations Associate role at CloudKitchens is central to the company's mission of ensuring seamless operations in their food production and distribution centers. This position is responsible for organizing and transporting food orders accurately using scanning technology, supporting administrative duties, maintaining cleanliness, and troubleshooting issues within the facility. This role bridges communication and operational efficiency between CloudKitchens, restaurant partners, and delivery drivers. The associate acts as a crucial on-site representative of the business by managing food order flow and providing excellent customer service.
This position requires someone who enjoys multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment, with the physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably navigate stairs. Effective communication and a positive attitude are essential to interact constructively with team members, restaurant partners, and drivers. While previous experience is not required, candidates with backgrounds in customer service, food service, or delivery driving are considered strong fits due to the nature of the work environment and responsibilities.
CloudKitchens is hiring both part-time and full-time Facility Operations Associates, with pay ranging from $16.50 to $18.50 per hour. The role offers a flexible schedule with shifts operating seven days a week, from morning to night, which allows employees to share their availability for optimal shift matching. Physical work is conducted in-person at the Cocinas de Doral location, a quick-service and fast-food style setting.
