CloudKitchens is currently seeking to hire a Facility Operations Associate to join their team at the Decatur Food Hub location. This role offers both part-time and full-time employment opportunities with hourly pay ranging from $12.00 to $19.00. The Facility Operations Associate will be a critical member of the team responsible for maintaining efficient food order flow, handling administrative tasks, ensuring cleanliness and safety within the facilities, and acting as a reliable point of contact between CloudKitchens, its restaurant partners, and drivers.

As a Facility Operations Associate, individuals will be tasked with organizing and transporting food orders by accurately scanning and managing smooth handoffs to delivery personnel. They will also be expected to troubleshoot operational issues promptly and provide top-tier service to customers and staff alike. This role demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and effective communication capabilities both in person and electronically. Additionally, applicants should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating stairs regularly as part of their daily responsibilities.

The position offers flexible scheduling options with shifts available seven days a week, from morning to night, ensuring compatibility with various personal schedules. Expected weekly hours can range from a minimum of 15 hours up to 40 hours for full-time employees.
