Facility Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas using sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping techniques. They must manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. The work environment involves some moderate safety risks, such as exposure to moving parts and chemicals, hence use of protective clothing and gear like masks, goggles, and gloves may be required. Physical demands include some exertion like standing for long periods, moving around outdoor areas, and lifting or moving equipment up to 50 pounds.
