Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear as necessary
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must comply with U-Haul's non-nicotine policy in applicable states

- Basic understanding of cleaning tools and equipment

Job Duties
- Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc
- Dispose of trash
- Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
- Perform cleaning duties following safety protocols and standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Support other facility-related tasks as assigned
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
