The Facilities Specialist role at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters plays a vital part in ensuring that the company’s workspaces are clean, beautiful, and fully functional for all employees. This position focuses on maintaining the physical environment through a variety of hands-on tasks including repairs, maintenance, event support, and workspace setup. Working in this role means being part of a team that values meticulous attention to detail, teamwork, and continuous improvements. The Facilities Specialist will support the seamless operation of the headquarters by performing essential duties such as drywall patching, painting, door and lock repairs, restroom maintenance, and modular workstation installation. At Uline, employees enjoy comprehensive benefits including complete health insurance coverage and a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match starting from day one. There are multiple bonus programs to reward dedication and performance, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and a Tuition Assistance Program that supports professional continuing education. The company also provides employee perks such as an on-site café, a first-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers, and over four miles of beautifully maintained walking trails on the premises. Every new hire must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening, reiterating the company’s commitment to a safe and productive work environment.
