The Facilities Specialist role at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters plays a vital part in ensuring that the company’s workspaces are clean, beautiful, and fully functional for all employees. This position focuses on maintaining the physical environment through a variety of hands-on tasks including repairs, maintenance, event support, and workspace setup. The Facilities Specialist will support the seamless operation of the headquarters by performing essential duties such as drywall patching, painting, door and lock repairs, restroom maintenance, and modular workstation installation. Additionally, this role involves setting up and tearing down events, as well as assisting other facilities teams as needed to ensure overall facility excellence.
