Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • prior experience in resort or hospitality property management
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of safety, health, and building regulations
  • effective communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Execute departmental strategy in alignment with company goals, budgets, and profitability targets
  • lead and manage engineering and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight
  • ensure high standards of guest service delivery in line with brand expectations
  • maintain compliance with safety, health, and building codes, and ensure accurate documentation
  • oversee utility usage, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and inventory management
