Job Duties
- Execute departmental strategy in alignment with company goals, budgets, and profitability targets
- lead and manage engineering and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight
- ensure high standards of guest service delivery in line with brand expectations
- maintain compliance with safety, health, and building codes, and ensure accurate documentation
- oversee utility usage, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and inventory management
