Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team
  • Experience in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and patching, machinery, and metalworking
  • General knowledge of building trade equipment
  • Ability to read and follow simple instructions and diagrams
  • Ability to perform tasks independently after instruction
  • Physical ability to stand, crouch, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Manual dexterity to use hand tools and paint
  • Visual acuity sufficient for repairs and inspections
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions, exposed to chemicals, and moderate-to-high noise levels

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment including electrical, plumbing, HVAC-R systems, carpentry, and painting
  • Follow up on work orders to ensure efficient, professional quality completion
  • Ensure all paperwork, work orders, and logs are completed and maintained accurately
  • Manage the preventive maintenance program, ensuring work orders are completed efficiently and documented
  • Collaborate with approved vendors for quotes and services while ensuring OSHA and safety compliance
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to evaluate condition and enforce safety protocols
  • Supervise the selection, training, and development of team members and prepare daily and weekly reports
  • Understand and demonstrate commitment to organizational goals through individual and team performance
