The position available is for a Facilities Manager, a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational integrity of company facilities. This full-time role offers flexibility regarding shifts and comes with a competitive salary range from $106,000 to $133,000 annually. The Facilities Manager will lead the facility maintenance team by hiring, supervising, and fostering employee development through ongoing educational opportunities. This role demands ensuring that all equipment, building infrastructure, and grounds meet the company’s high standards of maintenance and operation.

A key responsibility for this role is prioritizing safety, including support for Lock Out Tag Out procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. The Facilities Manager must also manage service calls and machinery repairs promptly while assisting mechanics in troubleshooting issues. Budget oversight is a significant part of the role, including championing efforts to reduce losses through detailed breakdown analysis. Maintaining a reliably stocked and compliant stockroom for consumables is another essential duty. This leadership role requires strategic planning abilities, operational oversight, and the capacity to drive continuous improvement in facility management. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or high school diploma or tech school certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
  • Ability to lead and develop maintenance teams
  • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and safety standards
  • Experience with budgeting and loss reduction strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or high school diploma or tech school certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
  • Master’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, and professional development
